Join Avera for a HEALTH FAIR that focuses on the needs of our Latino community in the Sioux Falls area! There will be on-site health screenings plus information and resources about a variety of health issues such as:

• Heart disease • Cancer •Diabetes
• Immunizations and more.

Talk with health professionals: • Dietitians • Mental health providers • Doctors (Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Oncology and more) This free event is for everyone, from the oldest to the youngest in your family! Refreshments will be provided.
